Benjamin King Money offers a career path within the accounting profession that is both challenging and rewarding. We have a strong commitment to the development of our staff, and conduct regular technical and soft skill training for all employees. In addition staff are given the opportunity to be seconded to our client's offices from time to time.
Our professional staff are strongly encouraged and supported to undertake the CA or CPA program. This is done by providing support in the form of study and other leave as well as financial assistance towards the cost of the program. Relevant Post-Graduate studies that will further employee’s learning and development are also encouraged and deemed as appropriate by the firm.
Furthermore a Leadership program is in place to strengthen client service and managerial skills.
