Graduates are the future of our business and we look for people who share our vision for clients and our firm. We provide extensive mentoring, training and career development opportunities to our graduate accountants.
Our comprehensive technical training program provides graduates with training on a diverse range of topics. We also tailor your personal and career development with specific skill development. A key benefit of being a graduate at Benjamin King Money is the ability to learn a diverse range of skills and be hands on from the outset. Our six monthly performance appraisal process provides 360 degree feedback and is designed to establish future career and performance progression.
Our graduates are also encouraged and supported to undertake the CA or CPA program. We do this by providing financial support towards the cost of the program as well as support through study and other leave. In addition relevant Post-Graduate studies that will further your learning and development are advocated by the firm.
